    I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Very Poor response time, Incompetent customer service, bordering on Scam-like behaviour. I ordered a book online. They got back to me saying it's not in stock. It took them over a month to give me any news about what they were going to do about it. A "Customer Service Representative" named Angus emailed me saying they have a similar product and asked if I wanted to proceed with the transaction, if not I could arrange a refund. I got back to him within 24hrs saying I DID NOT want to proceed and requested a refund. The next day I get a confirmation saying that it's in the post and heading my way. I tried calling the Customer Service line (during business hours) and only got an automated voice saying all their staff are busy, and then it automatically hung up on me. I emailed Customer service using their own website stating my case. It's been over a week and I've not gotten and response at all. Now I have a product that I do not want, nor did I give authorisation to send to me. Thanks a lot Co-op.
